Is it really impossible to hold on to your shoulder from dislocating again and again once it dislocated?
i had an quirk in 1994 and get my shoulder dislocated but was competent to bring it back to its conventional condition. But it seemed that it will be a burden forever as it normally slips out of its original location every time i made a wrong move beside my shoulder. Is it really impossible, as some people articulate, to put that back to majority so i can move any way i want? Of course, it hurts, but i conduct operations to bear the discomfort and put it back to its majority position. But im tired of this and it limits my moves. I want to soak up any sports i get into... in need limitations.

It is possible but it won't come up on its own. You need to strengthen your rotator cuff muscles and scapular muscles. If you do not know how to do this on your own then you should see your doctor and capture a referral for physical therapy. If the instability is outstandingly bad after PT might fail and you may requirement surgery. Its important to know that if you do strengthen the muscles you must verbs with the exercises indefinitely to stay strong.

No it's not impossible to hang on to a shoulder from dislocating after an initial dislocation. There are two ways to handle this. A correct physical therpist should be able to show you exercises to strengthen the muscles that comfort to hold the shoulder in place. WIth a great deal of hard work on your piece, this will more than likely fix your problem. If that doesn't work, after your next selection is to have it surgically repaired.
