Is here a Doctor in the house....blood pressure press?

I've been taking Lisinopril 10mg for roughly speaking 15 months. My blood pressure is generally within the 116/73 range next to a pulse of 56? My pulse rate everytime I test is or have never been more than 61. I'm concerned something like this as I am a smoker and to my knowledge smoking will increase heart rate. So if I be to quit...? My doctor doesn't seem to be concerned, merely looking for a 2nd opinion or input from someone who is qualified and not every wanna be doctor describing me that smoking is bad and will waste me.

Basically, in a professional opinon could my dosage be to big? I take 1 pill per sunshine at about indistinguishable time everyday.

Your blood pressure is great. And so is your pulse.

Stop smoking..you know adjectives of the reasons.

How plentiful hours do you sleep a night?

you hold good blood pressure and a virtuous pulse. obviously you should quit smoking not gonna come in detail as to why cuz i think you know. but deeply of the time if you quit smoking, you will be able to quit the bp drugs too if your bp is not too soaring without the drug. i'm not too aware with lisinopril and how it works but taken as a whole a lot of folks who take blood pressure drugs and smoke, can quit the drug after they quit smoking.
