I woke up this morning and I couldn't bear consignment on my foot. I had shooting throbbing on the outside side of my foot and when I pressed my foot down flat on the floor, pain down the bottom middle of my foot. I cannot for the enthusiasm of me remember an injury in any way. Any thoughts on what this may be?
