This is not so much the company as it is the health insurance the company offer their employees. Most insurance companies do not cover "elective surgery". This type of surgery, unless documented totally well by a physician as "medically necessary" would be considered elective and that`s why not covered by most insurances.

I don't reckon any company will cover it because its elective surgery and no elective surgery is covered by any corporations. You pay for those out of your own pocket.I don't know of any company that WOULD cover it.
It's not the employer, it's the insurance company. There are still about 35% of insurance companies that classify consignment loss surgery as an elective surgery.
