Calm down. Turkey hotdogs and all other hotdogs are precooked until that time packaging to put to death bacteria, bedbugs,etc.. Unless you suspect the hotdog had an opportunity to "spoil" from self in the refrigerator too long, sit at room temperature too long, etc., you shouldn't hold anything to worry roughly speaking.
