costapated any ideas
Answer:
There are all sorts of normal's beside bowels.
Us nurses are obsessed next to them.
If your usual pattern is to stir every day, afterwards you are constipated.
If your go every few days, afterwards you could be constipated.
All these by the way are 'normal' bowel customs for different people.
If a week is mundane, which it sounds like it is not, next your deffently are constipated. And so is the Doctor who dis-diagnosed you.
Firstly, increase the fibre within your diet. Boring I know, but it get's worse. Drink loads of water to oblige pass the roughage through more effectively and soften the stools. And shift for a walk ever light of day.
Also while doing this go and bring a 'gentle' laxative, such as Senna or that horrible tasting fruit one. Yuk!
Don't transport an extra strength one because laxatives are designed to work like sticking a bomb up your bum. Causing more and stringer peristelis, the forces in the muscle walls that propel faeces along.
This will do the trick after cause pain and explosive diarreah. Which will them walk out your lower bowel empty and constipation starts again.
So a placid laxative is the best to get things moving along nice and kindly. Drink plenty of water after taking these. And lug them at night so you may hold a result in the morning, at the most convienant time. You may entail to take an extra pill or two than is suggested on the box for a few days to win things going. And may have to thieve these pills for a few more days after this too.
Constipation is a waiting game I'm affraid.
I enjoy been diagnosed next to a narrow disk. Does it exact headaches? My skipper feels full,?
Yeah, another doctor.. sounds similar to you might have a blockage, or impacted bowel... not going for a week is not suitable for you.. I'd go straight to the er, as a business of fact, beforehand you become even more ill..I agree with the previous answer. I work surrounded by the er and that is a serious problem. Normal at times to not jump for 2 days... but a week is too long... Get to the er where they enjoy more technology (ie ultrasound/xrays, etc)...
