Breast Feeding and Hot Sauce?
Someone told me its not good for a nursing mother to put away spicy foods...I just don't believe this one bit.does anyone know the answer to this? And if this is a true statement..can ancestors please include a medical or scientific use?

I breast fed both of my babies and I couldn't live in need my spicy foods! Both children have turned out fine--flourishing purely as other children do.
