If your sitting at a desk make sure your form is at the correct height. You can place a small rolled up towel at the rear your lower back for support, also put a small box or something similar to that on the floor for your feet. Keep them slightly elevated. Get up and do posterior stretches every 15 - 20 minutes. Raise your arms up over your head and tilt backwards at the waist after forwards, then from side to side. Do this 8 -10 and it should releive the cramp. The last piece would be to talk to your boss something like getting a chair next to better back suppport.
