Yes, you're still awake.You should try and sleep. If you are not sleeping there could be something wrong next to you...but, that is for your doctor to determine.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine and cigarettes and sugar. If you are using any perscription or non perscription drugs, I would suggest you see your physician as this could be a side effect.
You should not be driving or doing anything that requires concentration as extreme fatigue will dull your reflex.
