What is TCU in a hospital?

I'm assuming that TCU is the Trauma Care Unit. I work at a trauma center and here is no TCU there. Any nurses or doctors own any ideas?
Answer:

Should I be worried?

I worked contained by a hospital for a while and the TCU we had within was a transitional support unit. It be for elderly patients who has something put them in a hospital, they have recovered enough to not be surrounded by the hospital but not quite all set to go home unsupervised. They would regularly receive physical/occupational therapy. It be sort of like a transient nursing home in a hospital.

Why does my skin seem to rework color after drinking and staying out late at hours of darkness?
