How to stay stirring and fresh all the time? hold u tried something that really worked?
I feel slothful and weak a great deal, and I sometimes feel approaching falling asleep at work, u may be suprised when u know that I drink a lot of tea and coffee, I feel that this has nought to do with the psychological condition of the party, anyway if u know something let me know.

Do you hold allergies or back problems? This could be aiding you in individual lazy and insipid some of the times. Coffee and tea work for certain hours but afterwards wear off on you cause you to not feel so fresh. Drink lots of wet and get adequate sleep at night that's what have worked for me, also eating breakfast.

Do you exercise? Do you eat a natural diet? If not I reccomend you start because it really changes the track you feel throughout the time. At first with exercise you will grain tired while your body adjusts, but eventually you will start to quality more alive!
