i have a bump on my breast that is to say really close to my nipple. I t hurts really bad and i hold no clue what it is.

You should go to the doctor and own it looked at.

It could also be a blocked milk duct.

Put a warm, damp washcloth on it. If that causes the swelling to be in motion away and the pain to stop, it be a blocked milk duct.
