I have a cramp in my lower leg(mostly shin)should i move about to doctor?
at first i thought this was purely shin splints but then after a month 1 and a half-2 i realize this had be going on fro way longer later it should be if it were to be shin splints. WHAT SHOULD I DOO?!?
