What are some good stretches for Plantar Facciitis surrounded by the foot?
If you have this foot condition what is a accurate stretch to stretch the tendons in your foot? I am a runner so I want so good stretches for the plantar faccitis.

You can buy this thing that you stand on and "rock" your foot pay for and forth. It does wonders. Look at foot specialty stores for it. Good arch supports that help harmonize your ankle so your leg is straight will do wonders too.
