I have Shin Splints and sore hamstring. What's wrong with me? What considerate of doctor should I see?
Im 23. I recently tied a soccer team. After the first practice where on earth I know I went track too hard for it man my first work out in a long time, I have really sore hamstrings (which I expected) which turned into lower backbone problems. I nursed that one for a while and my back is hindmost to normal but presently I can't get rid of my shin affliction. I haven't gone to practice or went running in 2 weeks and my shins still hurt. Also my hamstring will just win sore for no reason. I rime them every once and a while and try to stretch every day even though I dont do any physical buzz during the day.
So in a minute Im starting to think that I don`t know theres something wrong with me, that adjectives these sore muscles are connected. I think that I stretch pretty all right but I'm always sore. When I be younger I had the worst spasm in my achilles afterwards it was shin splints and my subsidise and now my pay for pain and shin splints are support again.
