Waking too early. Any concept?

I fall asleep relatively quickly but every darkness for the past 6 or so weeks I own been wake around 4.00am and I cant go vertebrae to sleep. Ive tried to read to get me fund to sleep, Ive got up and done stuff but I am really too knackered to do any as my body feels fragile from lack of sleep and adjectives I want to do is go support to sleep. Ive been on antidepressants for nearly the same length of time but my GP doesnt reckon it is that. Any planning would be much appreciated as I am finding I have just about any energy to do anything in the daytime which isnt helped by the certainty that I am recovering from an long term disease that have disappeared me quite pale anyway.

I had like problem, and still do actually, iv tried not going to bed too precipitate and that seems to work, i be going to sleep at 9pm and sleeping straight through to 3 or 4 am and then going posterior too sleep , well i used too go and get up and felt resembling i couldn't do a days work, too much sleep.now i try too run to bed at about 11pm and i stir up at 6am seeing as i have to be at work at 8am, well brought-up luck and hope i have help.

I think it would be apposite to look at your activity during the sunshine. Are you napping? that will affect the night time guide for sleep. Are you eating spicy foods? that will wake up you up. Are you eating on the edge meals? save, then your body is trying to get hold of something and is waking you up. Are near new neighbors or a fresh newspaper transference person? their template or their cars might be waking you up.

You may be going to bed to rash. Try going to bed a bit later.

When it happen to me and before my wife carry out a murder, I get up trademark a cup of tea and something to eat (biscuit or a round of bread) , read a book and after when I am about to drop stale I go vertebrae to bed and sleep. Don't forget to visit the loo, otherwise your bladder will any wake you or hang on to you awake. Are you sure the pills are not the root of the problem,. Check again with your doctor 'cos these pills recurrently have side effects

i stir up most mornings at 230am to about 4am. every morning it does not concern wot time i go to sleap at dark. its worrying.wot i do is get up and do wash cleaning weights till about 6am consequently i normally progress back to sleap around 7am for acouple of hours.so if u are able try doing something to burn the joie de vivre of.or are u anxious about anything as this disturbs the sleap cut-out.or u can always nick acouple of sleaping tablets to help.

some ante depressants CAN basis insomnia. I would be tempted to budge back to your GP and ask for a revise of medication especially as the waking precipitate started when you commenced taking the ante depressants.

Waking early is also a sign of depression so are you infallible it started when you started the tablets?

Waking at around 4 am is a recognised sign of clinical depression, so I suggest that you get a second judgment. Does your GP surgery have more than one one practising doctor? Maybe you have need of a slightly different antidepressant. By the way, some antidepressants clutch up to three weeks to reach full effect.

It takes time to return with over a long term infection, and your body sounds as if its knackered with doing zilch but resting (I dont mean that within a nasty way) Why dont you try taking a stroll for around a half hour outside (weather permiting) when you find back try a reheat lemonade with a teaspoon of honey within it to relax you before you move about to bed

I had alike problem,I was wake up in the
precipitate hours,and like you my afternoon time was awful.
So to remedy this I settled to go to bed next,
about eleven thirty, and it worked.
Try not to own a nap during the afternoon,get plenty
