Anyone know the cause of weird body temperature when sleeping?
When I go to sleep, I dribble asleep pretty fast, I use no covers, but I wake up up sweating, then when I transport off my shirt and tumble back to sleep, I get up up freezing, so I put my clothes back on, after I feel hot again. My home is a constant middle-of-the-road temperature, whats wrong near my body.
