My doctor won't prescribe sleeping pills?
I went to my doctor and asked for a prescription for Ambien to backing me sleep. But the only sleep aids he'll prescribe are Rozerem and Trazodone. Both haven't help me at all. They say-so it's like taking a narcotic and that's why he won't prescribe it. But I really would similar to to try Ambien to see if it helps me sleep. I NEED SLEEP!! Should I freshly get a second evaluation?

I think you should budge and visit another doctor and let somebody know him your troubles to see if you will prescribe you the Ambien.

My Doctor wont prescirbe me any sleeping pills any, so I usually take NyQuil. Or Melatonin.. I enjoy tried ambien doesn't help but lunestra does.

maybe you should bring a second oppinion... but if you have have drug addictions within the past later he has a right to stop you from using a notably addictive sleeping pill. There could be other alternatives to Ambien... i cant sleep so my doctor perscribed Clonazepam and thats works.You could try over the counter Diphenhydramine or better particular as Benadryl. Some stores sell impossible to tell apart medicine lower than a sleeping aid name but it is adjectives he same. This is not habit forming and can minister to.
Some sleeping aids can be addictive, is better to find a natural agency to go to sleep. How just about warm milk?
A boring movie or book. Make your bedroom cozy, and if you hold a TV in within remove it out of your bedroom.
Make your bedroom the perfect place to sleep. contained by other words remove any distractors and along with your benadryl you should know how to get a nice night's rest.

Hey, I have insomnia as powerfully, don't get to sleep til 4 unless I bring something -- I do take Ambien, but it merely works with melatonin, 3 mg. Sometimes the melatonin works by itself, and if I don't use the melatonin, the Ambien is useless.An over the counter article we sometimes use, but it does tend to make us (my husband and I) pretty stupid at dark, and it also gives you a drowsy hangover contained by the morning (so be sure you have 8 hours to sleep) is doxylamine. Works better than benadryl -- opening better.

PS, if nothing works, ask to see a sleep specialist. They are usually neurologists who specialize within sleep -- and from my experience, they're not terribly concerned around prescribing Ambien.
Most drs. wont prescribe sleeping pills. Trazodone? Are you a depressed person?That is what they usally furnish people who are depressed and if to be precise the case you wont win no sleeping pills. That's why I cant get them/ I guess they are afraid I will OD on them. You can try a second judgment but I doubt that will do anything. Good Luck though.
