Although it’s a adjectives belief that 8 hours of sleep is required for optimal health, a six-year study of more than one million adults ages 30 to 102 have shown that people who catch only 6 to 7 hours a hours of darkness have a lower demise rate. Individuals who sleep 8 hours or more, or less than 4 hours a darkness, were shown to own a significantly increased death rate compared to those who averaged 6 to 7 hours.
Researchers from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine and the American Cancer Society collaborated on the study, which appeared in the February 15, 2002 issue of the Archives of General Psychiatry, a bulletin of the American Medical Association.
Although the data indicated the unbeatable mortality rates with long-duration sleep, the study could not explain the cause or reasons for this association. Continued at cooperation

If you receive too little sleep, you will be very tired and your brain will not function as ably as it should; you will forget things easily and will be smaller amount attentive. Children and teens should get more or less 8-10 hours of sleep. On the other hand, adults lone need nearly 6 hours of sleep.
