your muscles are relaxing from the daylight. mine do that also that is when i know i am relaxed plenty to sleep.

It could be from medication. I used to take a medication and when I get off of it it cause me to have muscle spasms. When I am dosing bad my leg or my arm will start to spasm. It is very annoying. If specifically not the case after maybe you inevitability to go see a dr.eat something with potassium within it like a bannana formerly you go to bed.. that should do it
