My daughter works for dicks sporting goods and she cuts her paw with a box cutter at work and she have to have stiches,immediately she went to a doctor and he said she cannt return to work untill he say so beings the cut was cavernous and can get infected glib.So she asked her boss about workmans comp and they told her to pilfer personnal time and vaca time for the time out!!What happened to workmans comp?It happen at wok shouldnt she been competent to apply for it?

She especially well may be entitled but her overseer just may not be clear nearly the policy.
