I save getting cramps in the arch of my left foot. What's taking place?
I've been taking a multi-vitamin and an extra supplement of vitamin C. Is it possible that I am getting too much vitamin C? I know that some vitamins and minerals profusely can have a gloomy effect and cause reaction in the body but I didn't imagine vitamin C was one of them.
Answer:
Why is my elbow hurting when it's my wrist that's sprained?
Nope, when did you end eat? Did you hold a lot of carbs or did you hold a balanced spread with a not bad amount of protein? The cramps may be due to low blood sugar, low vitamin B or low potassium.
Check out www.hufa.org, the symptoms link, to see if you hold other symptoms of low blood sugar.
Calcium and potassium deficiency are what cause muscle cramps. Not necessarily Vitamin C.
