How can I gain the most out of only a few hours of sleep?
There are several possibilities from bursitis, tendonitis, low fund problems radiating pain into the hips. My best guess base on what information you provided is that when she feel, she terminated up twisting her pelvis, causing the pelvis to move about out of alignment. If this is the problem then she desires to see a physical therapist who can re-align her pelvis; otherwise she is going to verbs to have dull pain.
