im 14 years old, and starting in in the region of november, i was getting discouraging shoulder pains in the same spot. it be bad consequently, but now it's one and only gotten worse. i used to be able to rebuff it but now it's so throbbing that i can't even focus in conservatory, this knot is huge too, it begin below the shoulder blade, then a touch bit of it is under the shoulder blade and consequently the rest it about up to my d¨Ścolletage. i used to think it be because i carry a somewhat indigestible backpack all hours of daylight at school, but it's be chronic on only one shoulder. ive tried the rolling on the golf or tennis bubble thing, and ive gotten my mom to polish it, nothing seem to work. i don't know what i can do to make this dull pain go away. i lug ibuprofen but it wears bad quickly. i of late want all this spasm in my shoulder to be in motion away. should i see a doctor about this? or is near another alternative? please help this headache is about to drive me crazy.
