My husband is not sleeping dutiful at night. for times past 2 weeks he is waking up 2-3 times a dark.he is 33yrs.?

Yea i would be. I sleep 4 hours total. I go to bed around 11ish and up at 730. It took me weeks to integer out everytime the neighbors dog barked or my son moved within bed, which would bump against the wall ( i'm on the other side) it would wake me up. So i go to the doc and he said it's normal for ethnic group to switch to "light sleeper" so he give me ambien which worked great but i had alot of reaction to it (sleepwalking, screaming in my sleep, smacking my husband), they just give me rozerum which does nothing for me.
