Sometimes i stir up with intense affliction in the middle of the dark in my calf. Anyone ever hear of this?
the pain could be a pinched effrontery perhaps? Or associated next to RLS in some road? I don't know if it's a "charlie horse" or something like that? Just want to bring some feedback... thanks!
Answer:
Yes that is probably a charlie horse. If I bring physically active and abandonment to keep myself hydrated the usual outcome is a charlie horse. Sometimes the individual is low on potassium. Other people hold told me that it is an electrolite imbalance. To be on the sheltered side see your doctor. In the meantime try rubbing the sore area beside ben gay, absorbine jr.,or aspercreme and /or eat a banana and put the strip right on the sore area for a few minutes. righteous luck!
That happens to me too at dark...Its a charlie horse. Make sure you stretch befoe and after work outs. And if you do work out and then you slop off your programme, it may happen because you muscles are tightening pay for up. so even when your not working out as run of the mill, try stretching before bed.
It could also be from removal of potassium. That causes cramps contained by your muscles.
Yeah, they're recurrently known also as Night Cramps, and could be to related to the position you sleep contained by, or even your diet. I get them sometimes, and run through periods of have them every day for a while. Many relatives suffer from them, and if they're really serious I'm guessing you can get something from your GP to treat it. But when you do suffer from one, take hold of your toes and pull them up towards you, stretching the muscle. It might hurt loads at the time, but it stops it quicker than not doing anything almost it. Hope that was of some minister to anyway.
its very adjectives. one of the most common cause... you'd be amazed... your blankets...
chances are you lay on your backbone. the weight of your blankets.. even if they are really muted blankets, press down on your toes. this causes a contraction/stretch surrounded by your gastrocnemius or solieus muscle which causes the throbbing. try sleeping with your foot out of the covers or with an even lighter blanket.
by keeping your muscles toned and in shape, and stretching, you will give support to eliminate problems. another solution, if zilch helps, is to draw from massage to serve keep your calf muscles from have adhesions which can spawn the situation worse.

You are dry. Not getting enough sea during the day will make happen leg cramps at night. You call for at least 6-8 eyeglasses of water, not soda, not lemonaide, but hose each afternoon. This will keep the leg cramps away. Also, if you sweat alot or are immensely active you may obligation even more water. Try stretching past bed and when you wake up as powerfully.Yes it is called a charlihorse. It is when your muscles gain really tight and you just don't know what to do but cry. When I go and get them I rub it down till the knot go away. It ias really deadly and can massacre you. When you get another one you rub it down or use alcohol.
