How do I engineer this injury better?
My right upper chest/shoulder hurts, the specific area seem to be rite where the pec ends at the right top by the armpit, and the shoulder begins
can somebody plz put in the picture me what it could be, in lingo of a pulled tendon, muscle, something near the rotator cuff, etc
i hurt it in the gym, and the aching has be on off for almost a month now,
when i firts injured it, i took going on for a month off, next when i came rear legs to sports, it started to hurt for about a week, that misery dissapeared and now its more on and sour, like 2 weeks its distress free, then for a few days it feel uncomfortable, not too much torment tho, i sitll have not returned to counterbalance training, altho i have be playing basketball, during the games i am usuaslly pain free, and it is sometimes the sunshine after that it feels a bit uncomfortable/sore

It depends what the strain feels close to as to what sort of injury it is. It sounds to me to be muscular related. You should get some ibuprofen gel, and some philosophical heat spray or a cheap alternative. The gel will be a localised anti-inflammitary which shall pinch down the muscle ache by de-swelling the muscle strain. The vast heat will sting similar to mad when you first apply it, but it works for hours and its close to having a soothing fry pad on the nouns, and will relax the muscle and stop the pain for you. To allow the injury to treat itself, which it will do, ou need to rest, so its best that you wellbeing off the excercise and training for a couple of weeks. If you dont, it will still treat eventually, but keeping strain on the muscle will obviously slow down the process. I wouldnt verbs about it too much for very soon though. Just try those pain remedies, and if after another month it hasnt gone away, pop in your doctor. Also see your doctor if it gets worse. Hope that help and you get better soon x

Doesn't nouns like a rotator cuff. It is a pretty specific shoulder injury usually not involving the pectoralis muscle. With a rotator split you'll have tight and decreased span of motion. From the position you describe it sounds like muscle or biceps tendonitis but, you should be evaluated medically if it is not on the way and/or is impairing your power to exercise, work, etc. I would avoid weights or other very strenous leisure that affects the shoulder. Try applying moist heat 4-5x/day for 20 minutes or so, mould, etc.Anybody know how to ease the discomfort on a sunburn?
Physical therapy, and time is what you want. Stop overworking the area, and tolerate it heal.
