Spider Bite?

I am looking at my 3 year olds leg and she has a colossal red bump on it.. it is about the size of a nickel.. I hold seen spider bites since but this one looks much larger than normal. Should I bring her into the ER. or is at hand something I can do to treat it? She doesn't seem to even distinguish that it's there.. any suggestions would relieve..thanks
