Do I own a pulled muscle?
Last week in soccer I contemplate I maybe pulled a muscle, but i don't know for sure because I've never pulled one formerly. It doesn't really hurt unless I'm squatting down to get to my locker, or even when I start to run or do any item related to physical activity. It's not that raw, but I can feel it within my outer left thigh, adjectives down the side. No matter how much I stretched, it doesn't quality any better. What should I do? I've played 2 soccer games with it close to this already, and I have another tomorrow. (One of the ultimate games of the season) Is there anything that can manufacture it feel better and alleviate? Does an icepack on it work?
Answer:
Use this acronym
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation
Ice for 20 min. on, and next let it return to room temp, after ice, and so on. Stretch, stretch, stretch. Do something call dynamic stretching, look it up on google, there will be pleanty of information on it. Dynamic stretch previously you play. If it hurts alot, stop play.
What is a hospital receptionist and what do they do?
It really depends on what you were doing at the time of the artistic injury. However, Sports performance pattern offers some support and to be quite honest..dependant on age.better not to play and risk a more long occupancy injury.
If you are doing too much it is always best to acquire a GOOD deep tissue wipe on a regular basis
