Something popped when i got out of bed and my blood pressure changed and i feel sick I think it be a muscle?
it happened in the region of an hour ago, the nausea passed and i feel somewhat commonplace again, it happened to be contained by the lower right quadrant of my abs. i was really terrified. are these symptoms normal for a popped ligament or muscle? in that is no pain if i sit up straight or hoof it, so its probably not appendix. what can be done to a popped ligament? Will it heal on its own? Will I die? I enjoy two babies sleeping and a husband sleeping who rolled over and said your not going to die. Has this happened to anyone else? i am hefty, i gained 30 for wedding ceremony and 30 for each child, i weigh 210 lbs. i did 10 situps on an incline 4 days ago, my abs hurt everytime i moved, but they seem to be getting better (as far as cpnstant twinge is concerned) but i sleep on my stomach with my abs stretched out. and i be sleeping for about 3 hours formerly i turned over and did the situp to get out of bed and something popped. im kinda freaked out, a bit scared any imput would be angelic. and yeah, i know i need to lose freight.
