I own a spanged ankel . what ia the best treatment for it ?
Answer:
Why am I always consistency dizzy whenever I'm travelling in car? Are near any ways to fix this?
RICE:
Rest- Stay off your foot as much as possible.
Ice- Put ice pack on it a few times a day.
Compression- Keep it wrapped (tight but not too tight) surrounded by an ace bandage unless your doctor told you to do something different.
Elevation- Keep that foot propped up on pillows. It can help out reduce the swelling and distress.
If your doctor gave you throbbing medication you can take that if you really requirement it. Otherwise, if your doctor didn't give you anything you could pinch some advil or aleve. They can help weaken swelling as well as pain. Tylenol does nought for swelling as it is NOT an NSAID.
