hanging there and i own drop foot and hammer toe.I also own to wear a toe and a leg brace they say I don`t know for the rest of my life.I be fine when i went to sleep and i stir up crippled, Can i sue the hospital or doctor for messing me up?

I'm afraid that you are out of luck. It would be hard to sue any doctor contained by this situation, but with your surgery person at the VA you will not be able to sue. You can however see the patients counsel at the hospital and demand the best treatment and that everything be done to repair the resolve damage that have dropped your foot. I don't believe that hammer toe come from your surgery did it? Anyway, they should at least transport you to a neurologist or a neurotherapist to help repair your problem.
