I was ferociously ill on tuesday hours of darkness in to wednesday morning- throwing up adjectives night long, even when near was zilch left, i be still heaving. All of wednesday I had a migrain and i could baraly stroll down the stairs with out have to stop to let the pounding subside. Today is immediately thursday and I am still very dizzy, my stomach hurt, close to painful as if someone punched me within the gut and my back get the impression so constricted tht is hurts to take a breath. I enjoy been trying to stay hydrated and I devour what ever little bits I can. Should I go to the doctor? I own had copious moments today that my vision have blacked out and i feel similar to passing out. What should I do, and how can i return with over what ever this is?

Probably go see the doc. Its better to turn early surrounded by case it is something foremost. And if it is normal sickness.. than at least possible you know not to worry. It sounds like you have a 24 hour bowel virus. You are dizzy because you are no hydrated enough, your stomach and spinal column hurt because of all the vomiting you did. Your muscles are sore. You freshly need to rest more and drink as much as you can. You are still desiccated. If it continues for more than 2 days then I would dance to the doctor. I hope you feel better.
