I purely come home from the hospital and need your facilitate?
i feel resembling i can't get strong and surface really weak and poor, it's be two weeks and i still can't feel better, i have major foot surgery and come home last thursday and i lately can't feel better, i'm taking my meds, and doing what i involve to staing off my foot and adjectives that, butt i just perceive washed out and anodyne, what can i do to feel better?

make sure that u put away and drink healthy because u are prob lackin vitamins that u involve and u would normally find from the foods u eat... even though have foot surgery, if u have a wheelchair or cruches u inevitability to use themn or u will never get up and get the impression like u can lately lay there and that us worser than self bed riden and cant move.. find things to do and creat ya own physical therapy to rehabilitate yaself
