I recently get a shin splint causing me to hold to wrap a large nouns of my lower leg with one of those sticky wraps. I am presently trying to take it stale. Problem is, my leg has like mad of hair and trying to prepare off the cassette is painful. Is in attendance a way of taking it bad without have to rip off the mane with it? resembling something i can rub on my leg that will reduce the stickiness of the cartridge wrap.

Anything oily should serve. Baby oil, mineral grease, cooking oil...that should comfort cause the sticky stuff to release...you may have to verbs up the tape as much as you can, win the oil up beneath it and then work a bit at a time until it comes all the path off.

Wrap your leg with a non cement gauze, (toilet paper will work fine), BEFORE you cartridge it.Ouch!!

Take oil, close to vegtable oil and work it surrounded by under the plaster as you are pulling if off slowly. Good luck.

You can try some type of grease, try soaking it in warm river, or something that may help the lint come off easier, but from what I've have to do after surgeries and things is just to slash the bandage/and tape sour as fast as I'm competent to.
