He fell of a curb awkwardly and can't walk on his leg. Just above the knees there is a surrounding substance sized bump and it's causing him alot of cramp? Anyone know what is wrong?

Compare the place of injury to the conflicting leg and then if here is a vast difference contained by size due to any swelling, then wish medical advice.

you need to turn to the hospital if its a minor chip or something anywhere near the knees he could go into shock if it keep swelling. There are main nerves in close proximity there and you necessitate a doctor at least to prescribe an anti inflamitoryHas anyone have a bupa health assesment?
this does nouns like a dislocated knees. You need to get hold of him to an emergency room as soon as possible. he is going to have to enjoy his knee put spinal column into place and probably have to own a cast .Severe posterior pain! HELP! Meds don't support!?
He could have dislocated his knees a bit. Tell him to keep icepacks on it, to hold Motrin for the swelling and pain, and to wear a knees brace for several weeks.
