Sleeping technique?
i was wondering if someone can make available me a good technique to slump sleep fast and stay asleep long. for me it take about 1 hour to jump down asleep and i usually wake up at darkness on a average about 9 times.

I hold trouble with this too. But I other find if I have a hot shower I usually find out feeling similar to I could just drop to seleep right later.
And sometimes I will have a chalice of cold milk instead. Makes me soooo sleepy.
