How do you cram in things for exam you have tomorrow, when you are shattered and just want to go to sleep?
I hold one of my final exams tomorrow. And i had one today, which i be up all hours of darkness until 5am which i woke up at 8am to actually step and do the exam, so i havent had much sleep lately. I am for this reason shattered and my body is burnt out. However if i try to sleep, the reality that i have resembling 4 books to learn for tomorrow stress' me out and i cant truly get to sleep. Yet when i try to revise im too tired to truly get anything into my pave the way. It just go through one ear and out the next. Im really stressed out- my exam is impulsive in the morning tomororw. Help?!!

Unfortunately, it's better to study adjectives semester and not have to cram close to that! I used to pull all-nighters until I realize it burns you out for no reason. But here are some hints:
Start untimely. Every little bit helps. Make summaries of the really considerable information, and just skim the details. Try and single focus on the key facts you know you'll entail to know. Also figure your professor out, shift through notes and see if you've starred anything as "important" or "remember this for exam".
If I be you I'd nap since you start studying, and try and make sure that you find lots of water AND a apt night's sleep before tomorrow. Trust me, when your brain is sleep deprived, you won't be capable of access the information you DO know. Make your outline asap, get some rest, and rouse up early and study/cram. It's best to put it contained by your brain right before you necessitate it.
Also, depending on the class, it helps to take home a "cheat sheet" -- if you could take any information into the interview with you, what would you cart? If you write that down, you'll probably have a well brought-up idea of the essentials you necessitate to study.

you shouldnt hold crammed, i had mine a few weeks ago and i revised steadily for 4 weeks so the night before my exams i be in bed by 10 in place for an 8 hour sleep (although i was too coy to sleep but i knew that i know my work)tape adjectives u need 2 no on a cassette and play it back 2 yourself even play it when u sleep if u can remember the words of a song u can remember ur exam obedient luck
why have you vanished it so late to revise?
Just budge through one book and go to bed .. If you do notknow it by now it is too unsettled anyway.

The stress is preventing you from remembering what you read, because it affects your short-term memory. You must remember - nothing is more major than your health! You can other repeat this subject if necessary. Don't be tempt to cheat.
