Can I still shift to the doctor after 2 months?
I had a sports car wreck 2 months ago. The air sack deployed and popped me in chest pretty intricate. I was surrounded by mild pain, so I didn't walk to the doctor on the scene.
Now 2 months later, I enjoy trouble breathing, and some anxiety about driving. I also started have headaches.
The other driver be at fault. So what I entail to know is, I haven't signed off on any medical claim, So can I still travel to the doctor, and his insurance company still have to payment for it after 2 months? Since the problems are just immediately showing up?

Yes you can still go, but I would contact a attorney. Your insurance should not be forced to pay your cost so you hold to contact the other person's insurance to pay for it. Sometimes if your insurance have to pay for it, they within turn contact the other insurance company on their own. You may have PIP on your insurance which will help out with your co pays and such.
