Can I still shift to the doctor after 2 months?

I had a sports car wreck 2 months ago. The air sack deployed and popped me in chest pretty intricate. I was surrounded by mild pain, so I didn't walk to the doctor on the scene.
Now 2 months later, I enjoy trouble breathing, and some anxiety about driving. I also started have headaches.
The other driver be at fault. So what I entail to know is, I haven't signed off on any medical claim, So can I still travel to the doctor, and his insurance company still have to payment for it after 2 months? Since the problems are just immediately showing up?

Had my gallbladder and appendix removed?

Yes, I believe you can. I had a coup¨¦ wreck almost two years ago now, and their insurance is still paying for my doctor bills. That be one of the things that the doctor first told me was that sometimes when you are contained by an accident, your symptoms dont show up until then. A guy rear terminated me and made me flip my truck, and it was a few weeks after that before my "real" backbone pain set within. I did go to the ER the darkness of the wreck, but it was my shoulder that hurt so fruitless that night. But, if you haven't signed any release forms from the insurance company they should still be liable. I have a sneaking suspicion that that they are for up to four years. The best thing that you could do is hire an attorney. I am from Texas and here are lots of car chance attornies here. They generally dont want any money up front, and will appropriate a third of your settlement when it is over. That is good, so you want be out any money from your pocket, and the legal representative will work hard to bring you a good settlement because the more he get you, the more his third is. Also, another good article about using a advocate is that all your medical bills bring paid. They usually hold these out at the expiration of the settlement as well. My attorney did give me the alternative to pay the bills on my own, but I of late told him to hold it out of my settlement because I knew I wouldn't know how to pay them on my own then. In my case, the legal representative scheduled adjectives my doctors appointments, let me charge my prescriptions to the ruling firm, etc...And then surrounded by the end only just held all those cost out of the final settlement. I thought this be a very virtuous way to do it, because I wasn't out of any money. I never spent one dime the unbroken two years I was working on my armour. It was in truth yesterday when my lawyer call me and told me we settled. My wreck was on September 30, 2005. These cases can ultimate up to at least four years I believe. Anyways, I am sure at hand are lawyers that will do this where on earth you are from as well. If you would similar to more info on all that evacuate your email address and I would be glad to help pace you thru it. As far as the anxiety about driving, I abominate to be a downer about it, but I instinctively still have a LOT of that. To sort my matters worse, after my wreck 9/05, I be in another wreck 6/06. Neither be my fault, but I didn't pursue official help surrounded by the second one because it was minor compared to the first. The doctor can put you on some medication for the anxiety, and hopefully that can minister to you. But, I think that time and driving will assist the fear most of adjectives. Good Luck with everything!! I know how traumatic a vehicle accident can be, and I see lots of empire get over them close to that. I dont know how they do it, because it has be nearly two years ago now, and I still enjoy lots of fear of driving. I normally wonder if it will ever go completly away.Good Luck and I hope you be aware of better soon!! God Bless!!

Yes.

Question bout the agony in my knees?

Yes you can still go, but I would contact a attorney. Your insurance should not be forced to pay your cost so you hold to contact the other person's insurance to pay for it. Sometimes if your insurance have to pay for it, they within turn contact the other insurance company on their own. You may have PIP on your insurance which will help out with your co pays and such. It personal injury protection I would contact your insurance company and see if you enjoy it.

Above all I would contact a legal representative because it will be a lenghtly process from treatment to end, but DO NOT sign anything from the other insurance company because they want to settle up you the least amount they can.

If you haven't signed sour on any medical claim, you have 2 years from the disaster to submit accident related claims. Make sure that your doctor help you document that the problems are related directly to the accident.
