Im a 17yr old guy who is vastly underweight and on top of that i play contact sports and i have surgury on my chest so the more meat i got on myself the better my chest looks..im embarassed to bring off my shirt because im so skinny my ribs pop out..i look gross..please give support to me

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT STUFF URSELF WITH FAST FOOD ALL THAT CHOLESTEROL WILL KILL YOU! I may be a short time ago in middle arts school but i have studied alot on dieting because i am 5' 2" and 88 pounds so i judge i may be more underweight than u but just devour like more meat and ice creamm try soda to but dont exercise as much unless it is for sports this mode your body takes within the calories but make sure u keep watch on the cholesterol or it will kill u ( summary... get through more calories and exercise less..but single try this for 2 to 3 weeks then skip on the scale respectively week to see how much u gain and then chomp through normally again unless ur still underweight
