You probably can find a private clinic, hospital or such that for a tax you pay will lift some x-rays.If you own a soft tissue injury, muscle, ligament, etc the damage won't show up on an x shaft of light. A torn ligament is painful but not much can be done but hope it heal correctly. I would get a second inference. Go to the doctor's office prepared beside a list of question about your problem and ask the physician to answer them. If the answers are too hi-tech ask them to use common words.
