Headache from weightlifting?

I was bench pressing in the gym the other light of day and I got a sudden really discouraging headache when I pushed for one more rep surrounded by my last set (straining moderately a bit). My head be pounding for a while, so I took some water and out of a job the weights for the rest of the day - expecting the headache to fade. The headache cleared as I have expected, but when I tried to lift weights the subsequent day, the smarting started to come back.

Have you any concept what I've done, what I should do to heal it, and what I should do contained by the future to avoid it?

the few times i lift i draw from the same problem i asked my dad, coaches, and trainers and they said i wasnt breathing right when i was lifting. sorry i cant remember how they told me to breathe. might merely need for a moment research.
