i know it take 6 to 8 weeks to heal a bone contained by the foot but my doctor said it would take a min. of 3 months since i could go backbone to sports ie. running/football, is it really going to to take that long or I don`t know longer?

Until they alleviate. Everyone heals at a different rate. Get plenty of calcium and munch through healthy. The better you transport care of yourself the faster you make well.

It will probably clutch about that long. The bones of the foot are subject to huge amounts of stress especially the first MT. This injury really sucks and will be a long recovery but may make well a little faster. You should enjoy it reassesed every few weeks to month and maybe the timeframe can vary.
