No matter how hot it is around me, my hand always appear to feel really cold. After I procure that feeling surrounded by them, I am not able to move my fingers, let's enunciate to type or write, quickly. It happen to be on random occasion, my hands are usually cold but next they happen to be thaw at times but when they are cold there are usually red dots all around my palms. When they are heat up though and when I am holding someone's hand, they start to sweat. My doctor did not mention anything something like poor circulation but is there something else that it could possibly be?
