I quit smoking today...any tips are very meet?
I decided to quit smoking. Woke up at 8 am, it.s in a minute 3 pm, and i smoked only one cigarette. It feel like I'm dying inside and my lungs have a feeling like they are screaming: cigarette, cigarette!!
Any tips how i can craft this process more bareable for myself? thx!!

I've never smoked before, but I present you tons of credit for quitting. I've heard that the first three days are the worst, but after that, it keep getting easier and easier. Try to keep yourself settled so you won't think around smoking! =)

Avoid people that smoke, 2nd appendage smoke will keep the nicotine in your system. Don't do it alone, walk with patch or medication and have plenty of will power.
Find something to do beside the time you used to spend smoking. If you used to take a step outside for a smoke at work on your break, grab hold of a carrot stick and take a hoof it.
Finally, it takes a while for the cravings to turn away and nicotine get out of your body: don't confer in to urges and cravings.

Do something different that keep you busy. Make sure it is something new that you did not do when you be a smoker. And for a while try not to do the things that you did when you especially enjoyed a cigarette.Keep your hand and mouth busy.
I was a 3 pack a light of day smoker for over 20 years and that is the just thing that kept me sane.
I use to smoke closely while watching TV so I started learning the computer, I be too busy learning it to smoke.
I also started swimming, it is sturdy to keep a cigarette lit when you are within the water!!
Just spawn sure what ever you do it keeps you and your mind inhabited and very interested! If I have just sit on the couch watching television I would still be a smoker today and I quit a short time over 2 years ago!!
The best part is, it does not bother me at adjectives when someone around me smokes, I guess I was lucky!!

CINNAMON BEARS!!!7it sounds strange, but someone told me the savour is similar to something in cigarettes that eases craving. I finally tried it out of shear desperation to try anything and wound up buying them in bulk. Important: Fill the "hole inside" with something positive - Tai Chi be the only point that started it for me, which led to other things close to yoga (which is just wrong as my legs are really long and skinny, i look close to a special ed chicken but it gives me something to focus on!!) Remember that your body is going through a difficult cash and is just re-adjusting, the awkwardness is usual, treat yourself with respect even if you slip up, and this totally works: when within a state of "weakness" write lots - i mean LOTS of dislike intensely letters to the cigarette companies unfolding them how you feel.
