I'm sure your 3 month old puppy doesn't own rabies. The main entity is to keep the cut verbs and put antiseptic on it.

my son in recent times got bit more or less a week ago you need to apply bacitracin zinc oinment, near clean gauze and do not bring soap in it . but if the dog does not own his shots you need to see a doctor you might want to do that anyway they might pass him a 7 day antibiotic lately incase there is some infection
