if i want i can wake myself up if i dont close to the dream im having right to be heard a nightmare and i can also go posterior into dreams and pick up where i moved out off! is this adjectives?

If you can continually do this at will any hours of darkness that you have a dream that you want to halt or anytime you want to sleep and dream a specific dream whilst you are asleep, I would vote this is uncommon.
I enjoy achieved this once or twice surrounded by my life and easily I can make up a dream within wakeful consciousness no trouble but to determine my dream / memory at will during sleep is not always natural to achieve.
I have always couched that during sleep and dreams or REM sleep is how we work out what troubles us or how we solve problems for use in our daily lives. If you are at will stopping this process it may be your nightmares or undesirable dreams increase - simply a theory.

I do that all the time. What I do is translate my atmosphere a little, conceivably turn some music on or read a chapter of a book. Anything to forget that dream you were have.How do i get rid of my root conduit pain?!?
