try lay on your left side beside a illow in between your legs to prop broken one up, and to keep hold of it elevated to minimise swelling. it gonna be difficult sleeing. try laying on your posterior, with pillow beneath broke leg, and wurround your legs with pillows or blankets to save it from hitting a wall.

i would try lay on my back, beside my leg in a comfortable position, and use of sleeping pills.
i don't recommend tylenol sleep right or doesn`t matter what it is. i tried it and it made me act approaching i was drunk or somrthing.

You didn't read out which leg or what kind on type so I can't help you specifically, but I can suggest that you use pillows.
If you enjoy a full leg cast alot of time it puts a strain on your lower put money on when you try to lay down, if you put a pillow at the small of your back and lower than your cast it should assistance a bit.
Pillows can help contained by just roughly any of the sleeping situations, except one... If you are used to sleeping on your stomach..if so, then, your purely scr****. lol
