First off, stop masterbating!

How do you acquire some black stuff off your collar?

Rotator cuffs will not heal themselves close to some other musculature problems will. There are specific exercises you can do to strengthen it and help it make well. One that worked best for me was to lean vertically against a wall beside good arm and permit bad arm suspend. Slowly swing arm/hand in a small circle. It don't seem close to you're doing much while you're doing it, but it really does help. Try to contentment up on using it for a while as well. Best of luck !!

Gymnastics tears?

I am a granny but currently suffering from equal thing which be caused by a fall over 6 mos. ago and steroid shots only bestow temporary nouns, so I fear I hold to have surgery. This is second time. It took frequent months to heal later time. You better have an x-ray and see if it is torn.

Who have had a Swedish chafe? What should i expect?

X-ray will not show a torn rotator cuff. You need an mri. See an ortho doc or right chiropractor that knows shoulders.
