The new smoking bar is coming in on Sunday July the 1st and its legal to smoke at 16 but if want to travel on a no smoking programme you have to be 18 also the reality that the goverment is aloud to smoke inside in there houses etc as they enunciate they like to drink and smoke within cigars at the same tym ( i meen bull S H I T) its as though one rule for us and one rule for the other and no support for the younger smokers who want to quit !!

Yeah it's really stupid, if 16 year olds can buy cigarettes they should know how to go on a no smoking programme! Try reading Allen Carrs Easyway to stop smoking, that's how I stopped ending novemeber.

no one forced you to start smoking, and that is the root of your problem, your own doing. You hold no right to whine about not a soul supporting your efforts to quit, why should they?hold responsibility for your own actions.
